Your invoice, on the customers desk, the day after Period-end.

One click operation:

At the click of a mouse Plod+Pay will assemble an invoice and its supporting documentation into a PDF and email it direct to the client - even to multiple recipients if that is what the client expects.

How?:

1. Invoices can be printed as soon as detail from Plods has been entered
2. Plod+Pay uses a "suck-it-and-see" approach:
   1. At any stage, even before all the details for the Period have been entered, you can print (or preview) an invoice to see what what sort of answers you get.
   2. You can discard that invoice, enter more details or change what is already there, and print again.
   3. Sooner or later you, or management, will be happy with the answer and adopt it as "Final" and ready for Posting.
3. The detail to back up an Invoice is printed by Plod+Pay as a "Proforma Invoice" (see Invoicing).
4. When you are ready, click the "Email Invoice" button and Plod+Pay will create an electronic PDF containing both the Proforma Invoice and the Invoice, save it to file, and then eMail it to the appropriate person(s) at the client.
   
5. If necessary, you can subsequently print from the saved PDF to give an exact copy of what the client received - even months later.
   
6. Plod+Pay does NOT use your normal email program (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc), it uses its own internal email client
