Plod+Pay Training

Plod+Pay allows you to efficiently manage the whole Training issue - it is much more than just a reporting function.

• A file for Providers allows you to manage your Training Providers (Who are they, contact details, etc)
  
  
• A file for Courses defines the parameters surrounding each of your courses/competencies (Provider, Expiry times, etc)
  
  
• Training Profiles, attached to payroll Classifications, set out the training expectations for each employee.
  • At a glance you can see what courses/competencies have been completed and those that are yet to be achieved.
  • Use the Query Profile to compare a theoretical requirement against selected Employees, irrespective of their Classification
    
    
• A File for Training Courses, linked to Employees, shows who did what and when, Certificate Nos, Expiry Date, etc.
  
  
• Analysis tools allow you to view Training from the perspective of Courses, Employees and Jobs/Customers.
